Micrsoft Phone screening :

mar 28 2005 is bad day for me . I had a Microsfot Phone screening for technical interview . I dont know what happened to me . I know answers for all questions asked but i blank . I could not answer any one of the questions . It is complete Nightmare .

I never thought i will be in this position . Yes whomever asked questions to me may be thinking i m cheating in resume . With 4 years of AD /Exchange 2000 experiece as a Technical team lead in a Major Consulting firm , i blew myself in the interview for a single basic question . After that i never recovered .The phone screen went thru 10 min but once i hung up the phone i know all answers . what a shame , it is pathetic . There is no excecuse .

I promised my wife i will do well and make her happy but i failed . I lost my confidence level now . It may take some time to revover from this uter shock . This failure is not end for me .

I will reover and which will make me more stronger .
